The Costermonger is the essential market tote designed as a backpack.  This is a simple satisfying sew that uses little fabric so ideal for using up some of your stash or making as a present.

• Skill level -Beginner. Fabric suggestions - Oilskin, Dry Oilskin, Mid-Heavy weight Cotton Canvas or Drill, Mid weight Denim (8-14oz).
• All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless otherwise stated.
• The pattern is now printed within Europe, the pattern paper is 70gsm white (FSC® certified) and is made only 180km away from the printers.
• Instructions now come in booklet format rather than A3 sheets. The paper is PEFC/01-31-126certified.
